AMERICAN AUSTRALIAN ARTS AWARDS

The evening will celebrate special guests, Simon Baker and Elle Macpherson for their outstanding creative contributions to the international arts community. Zoy Frangos will also receive the 'Rising Star' award. Proceeds raised from the dinner support the Association and its American-Australian Arts Fund, which provide scholarships and grants to talented American and Australian artists, to undertake artistic development in each other's country.

AMERICAN AUSTRALIAN ARTS AWARDS          SILENT AUCTION

Proceeds raised from the Silent Auction support the Association and its American-Australian Arts Fund, which provide scholarships and grants to talented American and Australian artists to undertake artistic development in each other's country.

BOSTON DINNER QANTAS AIRWAYS RAFFLE
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 5, 2019

Raffle proceeds support the Association and its American-Australian Arts Fund. Tickets will be drawn on Tuesday, 5 February 2019 at the Australia Day Boston Dinner.

AUS-USA VETERAN SCHOLARSHIPS OPENING

Opening February 1, the American Australian Association will accept scholarship applications from Australian veterans, undertaking or interested in undertaking, Undergraduate or Graduate level study in the United States. 

Each year, the Association awards ten American and Australian veteran scholarships, through two scholarship application rounds. These scholarships support international study and exchange between our two countries and are awarded up to a maximum of US $50,000 for one year.

AUS-USA GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS

 

Opening February 1, the American Australian Association will accept scholarship applications from Australian candidates interested in undertaking graduate level study or post-doctoral research in America.  Scholarships are awarded up to a maximum of US $40,000 for one year.

Through our American-Australian Education Fund, the Association is able to support upwards of 25 Graduate scholarships each year.

AUSART STUDIO UPDATE

After living in New York for 15 years, Australian artist Jacinta Stewart is moving back to Australia in June 2019, to provide care for her mother. As a longtime supporter of the Association, please consider supporting Jacinta in her new endeavor, with an artwork commission for your home or office.

RAJIV JAYAWEERA QUARTET 
THURSDAY, JANUARY 31, 2019

2012 American-Australian Arts Fund recipient Rajiv Jayaweera will perform with his quartet at the Birdland Jazz Club (315 W 44th St.) on January 31st at 5:30pm.
