AAA - Incitec Pivot Limited (IPL) Veteran Scholarship and Internship

In partnership with the American Australian Association, the new Incitec Pivot Limited (IPL) Veteran Scholarship and Internship will provide a once in a life-time opportunity for an American Veteran to be supported with a USD 40,000 scholarship, for one-year of Graduate-level study at an accredited Australian educational institution. Upon completion, the scholar may undertake an internship at IPL’s business, Dyno Nobel, in the United States or Australia.

Applicants studying or looking to study, Engineering, Leadership or Operational Management are strongly encouraged to apply for this opportunity.

 

Scholarship funds may be used to support travel, living, tuition or other associated educational costs.

 


WHO CAN APPLY

To be eligible to apply for the AAA - IPL Veteran Scholarship & Internship you must be:

  • An honorably discharged post 9/11 US military veteran;
  • An American citizen or permanent resident (dual Australian citizens/permanent residents are not eligible);
  • Planning to undertake a minimum of one-year of full-time Graduate-level study at an accredited Australian institution; and
  • Studying within the disciplines of mining engineering, chemical engineering, business management (operations) or leadership. 

Please note, it is not necessary to have already been accepted into the institution at the time of application. Prospective students are welcome to apply.
