Featuring some of the most exciting and eclectic short films from Down Under, this annual program returns in memory of its creator, longtime head of the Association's Cultural Affairs Committee, Susan Talbot AM, with live action, documentary and animated shorts, including Joel Loxton’s The Kangaroo Guy, a cautionary tale about a politician and the media, where honesty might occasionally be the best policy, and Jack Sheridan’s Injury Time, about a soccer team's manager’s desperate struggle to win The Game on his terms.

A reception will follow.

Curated by Paul Thompson, Associate Professor, NYU Tisch School of the Arts, and former Head of Film and Television at Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS), assisted by Udora Weihang Wang and Harris B. Pacey, NYU Tisch.

Produced by Australian Short Film Today LLC.

Underwritten by the Chris and Francesca Beale Foundation.
