Markos Moya
Managing Director, Raines International

Markos leads Raines International’s Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) Practice, as well as its Diversity Practice across all industries and functional areas. With a commitment to achieving his clients’ needs on an international basis, he has a passion for conducting search assignments at the global level. Markos’ recent placements include CEO and CTO positions in the telecom industry; Chief Sales positions in the technology and services industries for Fortune 50 and Fortune 200 companies; and senior strategy and finance positions in the retail, manufacturing, and life sciences industries.

Markos received his MBA from Columbia University and his BA in Electronic Engineering from the University of Western Australia. He has been a featured industry speaker on the issues of diversity recruiting and talent retention, and has served as an expert source on topics of global business processes and the global impact of telecommunications services on economic development. He has appeared on numerous media outlets including Fox NewsFox BusinessCommunications News, and International Herald Tribune, and in numerous industry-specific trade publications.

Dino Sawaya
Vice President, Argand Partners

Dino Sawaya is an Australian born investment professional with experience in banking and investing in Australia and the USA. Dino is currently a Vice President at Argand Partners, a New York based middle market buyout firm focused on investments in complex situations involving market leading businesses with sustainable competitive advantages. Dino was previously an Investment Manager at RMB Capital Partners and an Associate at CHAMP Private Equity, where he was involved with numerous companies including Accolade Wines, oOh!media, International Energy Services, Golding Contractors and LCR Group. Dino started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank, where he focused on M&A and capital markets transactions in the industrials, infrastructure, utilities, media and financial sponsors sectors.

Kaylie Stansfield
Senior Marketing Director, Lead Generation & Retention, SterlingBackcheck

Kaylie Stansfield is an Australia-born, New York-based marketing professional with expertise in B2B lead generation. Currently head of the global lead generation and retention marketing team at background screening company, SterlingBackcheck, Kaylie drives demand for the company’s products and services among HR, risk, procurement and compliance professionals.

Before arriving in New York City from Perth in September 2007, Kaylie pursued a dual career over 15 years in B2C marketing and as a cabaret performer – suits by day, false eyelashes by night. A seven-year stint leading marketing efforts in Perth for Asia-Pacific facilities management company, AEG Ogden, inspired Kaylie to leave Australia in search of a marketing career in the Broadway industry. The harsh reality of arts salary to rent ratio triggered a quick change of direction which would allow Kaylie to secure a work visa and continue her passion for marketing.

A few tweaks to Kaylie’s resume resulted in her first US marketing role with the B2B conferences team at The Economist. Two years later Kaylie continued her B2B interests as marketing director with not-for-profit research organization, The Conference Board.

Although Kaylie hasn’t performed cabaret in the US, she still slaps on a pair of eyelashes from time to time.



With over 20 years experience, Belinda has developed a broad range of skills as a Business Consultant to organizations of all sizes in many sectors. Since arriving in New York City she has developed a diverse consulting business, Prosell International, which provides a range of advice from assisting international companies in developing their market entry strategy in the USA to improving the profitability of established organizations.

Her client base ranges from sole operators to large corporations. Previous and current clients include: NBC Comcast, Dell Computers, News Corporation, Telstra and British Telecom to name a few. Some industries she has worked with include hospitality, retail, telecoms, health, publishing, manufacturing, banking, airlines and digital media.

Her personal passion is in the people development space. She frequently advises Human Resources Departments, as well as provides career coaching guidance to individuals. At this event she will be sharing many tips she has learnt since arriving in the Big Apple.
