Adding American Australian Association (xxx@aaanyc.org) to Safe Senders List in Outlook 2010

Summary
This will guide you through adding American Australian Association (xxx@aaanyc.org) to your Outlook Safe Senders List. Outlook 2010 will not move any emails from American Australian Association email addresses on your Safe Senders List into the Junk E-mail folder. This does not affect Junk Filtering on the Server-level, and does not affect any Rules you may have set up on your account to move emails.

Open Safe Senders List
With Outlook open and the Home tab on the Ribbon active, click on the Junk button (in the Delete group) and select Junk E-mail Options.

Check Blocked Senders list
Once the Junk E-mail Options window appears, switch to the Blocked Senders tab. Check and make sure that @aaanyc.org or xxx@aaanyc.org (any email that use @aaanyc.org domain) is not listed in the Blocked Senders list. If it is listed, highlight the domain @aaanyc.org or email address xxx@aaanyc.org and click Remove.

Adding @aaanyc.org to Safe Senders list
After making sure that @aaanyc.org is not listed in the Blocked Senders list, switch to the Safe Senders tab. Click Add.

In the window that appears, type in @aaanyc.org and click OK.

Once you have added all the Safe Senders you need, go ahead and click the Apply then OK button in the Junk E-mail Options window. Everyone you specified should now be exempt from Outlook's built-in Junk Filter.
