THE WINERY

Bruce Tyrrell is a fourth-generation winemaker and recipient of an Order of Australia Medal for his contribution to the Australian wine industry and his status as a “living legend” in the Hunter Valley. Tyrrell’s wines are one of Australia's oldest and most awarded collections adhering to timeless styles that transcend trends and fads.
 
  THE CHEF

Chef Louis Tikaram is an award-winning Australian chef and avid surfer who recently made the move from Sydney to Los Angeles to open E.P. & L.P., an Asian eating house and rooftop bar. Tikaram’s multifaceted cultural background (Fijian, Chinese, Indian, Scottish, and Australian) combined with his travels throughout Southeast Asia have built the foundation for his own unique Asian culinary style.
