2.  Where are you now?  Are you leveraging and growing your Australianess and talents while in NY?  Have you taken yourself out of your comfort zone, to embrace career growth, new personal and professional opportunities?

3. How to create a smart action plan and vision map to help leverage as many opportunities as possible while in NY.
