  WILLIAM J. BRUCE of Silver Fern Financial has 17 years’ experience in the financial services industry focusing primarily on fiduciary services to Hedge Funds. Prior to founding SFF in 2014, Will served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), Managing Director and Partner at MAST Capital Management LLC (MAST). Prior to joining MAST in 2006, Will worked as an Assistant Manager with Goldman Sachs Fund Administration focusing on both offshore and domestic hedge funds. Will holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a Chartered Accountant of New Zealand.
