Belinda Jackson of Prosell will be our guest speaker - continuing our series on Australian woman who have established a business in the US.

Belinda is the Practice Director of Prosell America. She has an extensive background in Organisational Development and General Management in a range of industries including: manufacturing, medical services, hospitality, telecoms, media and retail industries and worked with companies such as Mars, Dell Computers, ICE Design and British Telecom. She will be speaking on the Employee Customer Profit Chain – In these times of economic uncertainty and slowdown, we can only flourish by taking market share from the competition and we can only do that if our people are able to differentiate through behavior and ability.  The Employee Customer Profit Chain shows how we achieve and sustain this and therefore come out of this period stronger and more profitable.
