The Australian
Chamber Orchestra performs at Tanglewood this summer under
the directon of Richard Tognetti with special guest Steven
Isserlis. Highlights of this program include Schumann's Cello
Concerto along with Mozart's Symphony No. 41,
"Jupiter".
The
Australian Chamber
Orchestra is a product of Australia's vibrant, adventurous and
enquiring spirit. In performances around Australia, around the world
and on many recordings, the ACO moves hearts and stimulates minds with
repertoire spanning four centuries and a vitality and energy unmatched
by other ensembles.
