The evening will feature a discussion about restaurant trends and 
New York City’s fine dining experiences from an Australian perspective.
The discussion moderator is Divya Gugnani from ‘Behind the Burner’.

Craig and Shaun will also be showcasing four of their own signature 
hot and cold canapés
in a reception following the discussion. Wines and Australian beers will also be provided.

Tickets are $120.
