On Thursday, March 4th, 2010, over 50 people gathered in the private room at Le Cirque for Restaurant Trends. The evening included a discussion and Q&A with Australian Executive Chefs Craig Hopson, from Le Cirque and Shaun Hergatt, from SHO Shaun Hergatt Restaurant. The discussion moderator is Divya Gugnani from ‘Behind the Burner’.

Forty-eight artists, including twenty-two Australians have been invited to exhibit responses to IMAGING THE APPLE.
