2010 Chevron Fellowship - open to Australian post grad geoscientists 

Chevron Fellowship
Up to $25,000 - applications close 15 April
 

The Association is pleased to announce a Chevron Fellowship for up to US$25,000 a year. The Chevron Fellowship supports Australian researchers conducting leading research in geosciences at a top US educational or research institution.
 
Applications for the Chevron Fellowship close on April 15th 2010. Guidelines and application form are available at - www.americanaustralian.org/education
 
The Chevron Fellowship is open for post graduate or post doctoral research in the area of Geosciences, including geology, geophysics and reservoir engineering.


Criteria

Study Level: Research/study must be at the graduate level or above.
US Enrolment: Proof of acceptance into a US educational institution is required.
Citizenship: Applicant must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
Budget: Applicant must submit a proposed budget. The Fellowships are intended to support part of the costs of one year of research/study in the United States.
Fulltime study: Applicant should intend to devote full time to their research or study
