The American Australian Association thanks you for your generous support of the 2011 Benefit Dinner - a runaway success with $2 million in funds raised.

Over 600 people gathered at Cipriani Wall Street in New York last night for the American Australian Association's Benefit Dinner honoring Jeffrey Immelt, Chairman and CEO of GE and James Gorman, President and CEO of Morgan Stanley.

The stellar evening was hosted by FOX News Channel’s Bill Hemmer and attended by high-level corporate leaders. Funds raised at the Dinner support the Association’s Education Fund. To date, more than 100 Fellows have received awards totaling over US$3.5 million to pursue advanced studies in critical fields such as medical research and sustainability at top institutions including Harvard, Princeton and MIT. The Education Fund Fellowships has grown exponentially with over 22 awards this year. This prestigious award has been increased to up to $30,000 per award. Corporate Fellowships include Alcoa Foundation, Amgen Inc, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, The Dow Chemical Company, Merck and Co, Morgan Stanley, Pratt Industries, Qantas, Sir Keith Murdoch, Westfield and University of Queensland.
